Here are hours of planned Toastmaster meetings with an agenda for 3 speakers, 3 evaluators and a few helper roles.  The Team makes it happen.  Excellent Leadership lessons.  Excellent communication practice.  You can do it too.

Every Tuesday night 7:30pm American EASTERN you are invited to be in our audience, learn what Toastmaster is all about, inquire about membership by clicking here, and mingle with our global audience right here from the comfort of your home or office.  You can also log in via only audio mode with blue tooth in your car and call us your TOASTMASTER RADIO OR TOASTMASTERS BROADCAST.  Education that comes to you.  FREE as a guest.

I have heard so many great comments from members who made it to the meeting today!
First, I am  so sorry to hear the Daylight savings time news didn’t make it all the way to some of our Hong Kong members and Malaysia members.
Especially, I missed hearing 2 contestants.

Arranging a lot of the contest functionaries over this past week and up to the very minute, can take enormous effort and coordination.  Toastmasters trains us to be a better version of ourselves and to be the best leaders.

It is time to commend congratulate and Thank all our Team at CC club.  Every member!  Every role.  You and You!

Say this - I keep track of time at ALL segments of the meeting - THEN during speaking sections, topics master and general eval WILL call on you...for timing parameters..

Listing 3 speakers and 1 backup to get a double backup...Being ready to speak on a moments notice is great practice....If we have 3 SHORT speeches, 5-7 minutes, I'm ok with 3 speeches...If we have 8-10 minutes speeches, we will shorten to just 2 speeches during the meeting....FYI ...GOAL: Get as many members or guests to speak EVERY meeting...

Back up speaker is very important...It has happened...Speakers get unexpected change in schedule and all of a sudden your UP and need to speak on a moments notice...REAL LIFE practice...Great stuff!!
