Body Language Monitor:

Chat Monitor:
Follow the chat monitor during all segments of the meeting...Note any questions a guest might put in the chat or other chat discussion to share later when the General evaluator calls for your report...

Timer:
Open
Say this - I keep track of time at ALL segments of the meeting - THEN during speaking sections, topics master and general eval WILL call on you...for timing parameters..

Topics Master:
Paul Finkelstein, DTM
Ask timer first for the timing parameters right BEFORE topics...then share the purpose of table topics is to NOT stump any member or guests, but help us THINK on our FEET or SEAT.....Impromptu or off the cuff EXTEMPORANEOUSLY.....at conclusion of topics ASK members to cast ballot PRIVATELY for BEST TABLE TOPIC to SAA Sergeant at arms...SAA will give best topics and best eval and best speaker to Toastmaster to announce TOP vote getter...

Speaker:
WORLD CHAMPION SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER LANCE MILLER (guest)
Listing 3 speakers and 1 backup to get a double backup...Being ready to speak on a moments notice is great practice....If we have 3 SHORT speeches, 5-7 minutes, I'm ok with 3 speeches...If we have 8-10 minutes speeches, we will shorten to just 2 speeches during the meeting....FYI ...GOAL: Get as many members or guests to speak EVERY meeting...

General Evaluator:
Tricia Grow, DTM
(Don't forget to ask for the REPORTS from Ah counter, Timer, and word master grammarian, BUT do this AFTER the 3 evaluators please) AFTER Evaluations are completed.....Ask everyone to VOTE...cast your ballot PRIVATELY to SAA Sergeant at arms......for BEST EVALUATOR AND BEST SPEAKER of the evening....Toastmaster will ANNOUNCE top vote getters for Best Table Topic and Best Evaluator and Best Speaker....
