President conducts introductions – Format: All members warm up their speaking voice saying their NAME and Mr. President until the President calls on all members and guests from the gallery of webcams and dial in modes… Introduce Toastmaster of the Day.

Announce Meeting Theme. Toastmasters describes the 3 parts of our meeting leading with Table Topics first, then speakers then gives control of virtual lectern to General evaluator to conduct evaluation portion of the meeting. Toastmaster gives the AWARDS then hands of virtual lectern to VPE to fill the roles for NEXT WEEK)

Grammarian:

Give Word of the day…Define and use in a sentence. Encourage us to use WOD during all speaking segments. Also listen for grammar and word usage during the meeting.

Body Language Monitor:

Watch all members use of body language during ALL segments of the meeting.

Chat Monitor:
Follow the chat monitor during all segments of the meeting…Note any questions a guest might put in the chat or interesting chat comments.

Timer:

Demonstrate timing method for ALL segments of the meeting.

Listing 3 speakers and 1 backup to get a double backup…Being ready to speak on a moments notice is great practice….If we have 3 SHORT speeches, 5-7 minutes, I’m ok with 3 speeches…If we have 8-10 minutes speeches, we will shorten to just 2 speeches during the meeting….FYI …GOAL: Get as many members or guests to speak EVERY meeting…

Backup Speaker:
Back up speaker is very important…It has happened…Speakers get unexpected change in schedule and all of a sudden your UP and need to speak on a moments notice…REAL LIFE practice…Great stuff!!

Topics Master:

Share the purpose of table topics. Remind members they can vote for Best Topics Speaker at the end of meeting.

General Evaluator:
Explain role. Call on Speech Evaluators.

General Evaluator calls for reports from Ah Counter, Grammarian, Body Language and Chat monitor, Timer reports. Give overall meeting evaluation. Return control to TMOD.
